Cyclone is one of the most common dust-collecting devices. Cyclone operation is based on the use of centrifugal forces generated by the rotation of gas flow inside the cyclone body, as a result of which dust particles are thrown on the body walls and fall into the cyclone hopper for subsequent discharge through the dust discharge devices. Cyclones are often used as the first stage of purification before the fabric filter.
