The most effective method of removing high-dispersed dust from process gases and aspiration emissions from various technological units and processes is the use of fabric filters.

How the filter works
Dusty gas enters the filter housing, where there are filter elements made of fabric, passes through them, leaving the dust on its surface and, once purified, the gas is exhausted further into the exhaust pipe.
An increasing layer of dust on the fabric creates an increased resistance of the filter, which serves as a signal to the automatic control system (ACS) to conduct cleaning (regeneration) of the filter elements.
Regeneration is performed by a pulse of compressed air, the separated dust is deposited in the filter hopper.
Needle-punched filter cloth is used as a filter material for sewing the filter elements.
Mass concentration of dust in the cleaned gas at the outlet of the filter, not more than 0.02 g/m3, an efficiency of 99.5%.
The range of filters produced by area of filtration from 10 m2 to 11500 m2, by capacity from 1000 m3/hour to 1,400,000 m3/hour.
Bag filters are used for filtration of medium and large volume of gas, cassette filters for small volume.
